Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You are responsible for the return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the delivery costs of your new order are free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies for the purpose of managing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Regional Court of the Bernese Jura-Seeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
